Sky River Casino in Elk Grove, California has begun the next phase of its expansion with construction now underway on a 300 guest room hotel resort. The resort, expansion expected to open in early 2028, is planned to include a 30,000-square-foot event space, additional restaurants, a day spa and a Las Vegas-style pool area.
