Twins Management Group has proposed a four-story, 106-room WoodSpring Suites extended-stay hotel in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The project would occupy a 2-acre site at 115th Avenue and 77th Street within the Riverview Commercial development, just south of the recently opened Cooper’s Hawk restaurant. Twins Management would run the property under a franchise agreement with Choice Hotels International. Planned amenities include 24/7 guest laundry, a fitness room, a sundry store, and on-site parking. The project is expected to cost $10 million, with completion targeted for fall 2027. Contractor bids are still under review, and no construction contract has been awarded. Woolpert is the project architect, The Sigma Group is the civil engineer, and Neil Patel serves as Twins Management’s chief development officer.
