Developer Baywood Hotels broke ground on an AC Marriott Hotel in downtown Goodyear, Arizona. The 135 guestrooms property will overlook the 2-acre Civic Square Park and include a lounge, bar, business center, outdoor pool and more than 1,200 square feet of meeting space. The hotel is expected to open in early 2028. BJ Patel is VP of Baywood.
