Construction is set to begin on Hotel Six Four, Mayo Blvd, a 257-room, dual-brand Hilton hotel at the southeast corner of 64th Street and Mayo Boulevard in north Phoenix, Arizona. Developed by Plaza Cos. and Fayth Hospitality, the six-story property will combine a boutique lifestyle hotel in Hilton’s Tapestry Collection with an extended-stay Homewood Suites. A first-floor restaurant and bar, operated by Renwick Hospitality Group, will serve hotel guests and the public. Amenities will include a pool, gym and meeting spaces. Mayse & Associates is the architect, Flick Mars is the interior designer, and EBCO General Contractor is the general contractor. Construction is expected to finish in Q4 2028.
