Stoller Group has started construction on a $50 million five-story, AC Marriott hotel with 118 guest rooms at the Evergreen campus in McMinnville, Oregon. R&H Construction is the general contractor with design by SERA Architects and SERA Interiors. Escape Lodging will operate the hotel, which will open in May 2027.
