Developers are planning to build a 9 story, 159 guest room AC Marriott Hotel that will include a lobby bar and a rooftop restaurant called The Bristol in downtown Greensboro, North Carolina. The hotel is part of the Parkside mixed use project planned by the Carroll Cos. The project will also include 337 upscale apartments, 16,000 square feet of retail space and a 4,500-square foot event space that will be able to seat 200 to 300 people.
