Developer KJ Hotel Properties plans to build a four-story, 122 guest room Candlewood Suites hotel at 18111 E. 63rd Ave. in Denver, Colorado featuring apartment-like studios and one-bedroom units with full kitchens. The proposed hotel would feature a gazebo with an outdoor barbecue space, a fitness center and a buffet area. It will also offer a shuttle service between the hotel and Pena Station on 61st. Richardson Design Partnership, the architect on the project.
