Developers are planning to build a boutique hotel in downtown Bozeman, Montana. Proposed by Matt Paine of Paine Group and designed by Intrinsik Architecture the six-story 71 guest-room hotel at 240 East Mendenhall St next to Bozeman Creek would replace a parking lot with a ground-level lobby, restaurant, event space, and rooftop bar. The project is currently is design review with the city.
