Developer Replay Destinations is planning to build a $100 million boutique hotel in downtown Healdsburg, California. The 53 guestroom, Alyvia Hotel would be managed by Mayacama Hospitality Group and be part of the $500 million master-planned Mill District. Located at 182 Sawmill Circle the project will include a dozen residences, a restaurant and bar, a spa, and a fitness center, pool and pool deck. The hotel’s architect is Dunnigan Sprinkle led by Tom Sprinkle and Brendan Dunnigan. The hotel’s interior design by DLR Group BraytonHughes led Rachel Fischbach. Construction of the hotel will start in spring 2026 and open by mid-2028.
