Christensen Development plans to begin construction of the Hotel MoLo in Des Moines, Iowa. Designed by David Voss of Slingshot Architecture the 80 guestrooms hotel will be located at 2525 Grand Ave. Construction of planned to begin in the 2nd quarter of 2025 and take one year to complete.
