Developer Hotel Siena Holdings LLC is proposing to build a $66 million 100 guestroom boutique hotel in Montverde, Florida at 1620 County Road 455. Hotel Siena Holdings LLC. is affiliated with the 1,900‑acre Bella Collina golf community which is owned by DCS Investment Holdings. The new hotel would feature a conference center and additional amenities. Bella Collina also features a 75,000-square-foot clubhouse, an 18-hole Nick Faldo-designed golf course, a spa, on-site dining and event space. Construction would start at the end of 2026.
