A new boutique hotel is being planned for the Pie Town area in Nashville, Tennessee. Proposed by Byran Fort and Taylor Preston of 616 Ewing Partners the eight-story, boutique hotel in the Pie Town, area has been submitted to the Metro Planning Department. The hotel will be located at 616 Ewing St. and offer 204 guestrooms. The 22,900-square-foot hotel will include meeting spaces, co-working spaces, wellness spaces, food and beverage outlets, as well as a rooftop amenity level. GREC Architects is designing the project.
