Construction has begun on a new hotel in southeast Mesa, Arizona near the Mesa Gateway Airport. The Cambria Hotel Mesa is being built on the corner of Elliot and Ellsworth roads in Mesa as part of the upcoming $60 million East Gate Plaza shopping center. The 5-story Cambria Hotel Mesa will have 107 guest-rooms. There will also be a rooftop restaurant and bar, a lobby bar, an oversized outdoor pool, a fitness center, a grab-and-go market, guest laundry facilities, meeting rooms and electric vehicle charging stations. The Cambria Hotel Mesa will open in early 2027. The project is owned by Aspect Hospitality Group. Partners include: Clarity Strategic Opportunities and O’Reilly Hospitality. The development team include Caliber Real Estate Group, RKAA Architects, Canyon Builders, EPS Group, Spokes Hospitality, and financing from Enterprise Bank. O’Reilly Hospitality will also manage the property. Bart Pebbles, is the principal at Caliber Real Estate Group.
