Developer PA Hospitality is preparing to build a $19.04 million AC Marriott Hotel City Centre at 10752 Town and Country Way in Houston, Texas. The 153 guest room hotel will be six stories tall and will include lounge areas, a pool, a buffet, a bar, a fitness center and laundry facilities. Construction of the 85,810 sq ft project is scheduled to begin in January 2026 and be completed in June 2027.
