The four-story hotel will include 54 guest rooms, meeting space, an indoor pool and fitness center, a guest lounge and an outdoor patio area. The developer, is Cobblestone Hotels. Brimark Builders LA LLC is the general contractor. The hotel will be managed by Slate Hospitality Group.
