Developer Commonage Corp is planning to build an eight story dual branded hotel in Naples, Florida. The 290 guest room hotel, is planned on 4.45 acres at 870 Goodlette-Frank Road in The Commons Professional Park. Commonage Corp., is led by Andrew J. Saluan of Naples-based AJS Realty Group. The hotel project petitioner is AAM Naples Hotel Owner LLC. managed by David R. Masse of of AAM15 Management. Mark McLean, of MHK Architecture is designing the project.
