Developer The Carroll Companies led by Roy Carroll in building a mixed-use development called Carroll at Parkside in Greensville, North Carolina that will include: an 159-room AC Hotel by Marriott with a rooftop restaurant/pool, 337-348 luxury apartments, and 16,000-20,000 sq ft of retail/commercial space. The $67 million hotel will also feature a lobby bar and rooftop restaurant. Carroll at Parkside will also include 337 upscale apartments, 16,000 square feet of retail space and a 4,500-square-foot event space. CIP Construction is the general contractor with plans to complete the project in mid-2027.
