Construction has begun on a new hotel in southeast Mesa near the Mesa Gateway Airport, in Mesa Arizona Athletic Grounds and large tech and data center campuses. The Cambria Hotel Mesa will have 107 guestrooms across five stories. There will also be a rooftop restaurant and bar, a lobby bar, an oversized outdoor pool, a fitness center, a grab-and-go market, guest laundry facilities, meeting rooms and electric vehicle charging stations. The project is owned by Aspect Hospitality Group. Other members of the development team include Caliber Real Estate Group, RKAA Architects, general contractor Canyon Builders, EPS Group, interior design firm Spokes Hospitality, and financing from the project came from Enterprise Bank. O’Reilly Hospitality will also manage the property once it is operational.
