Developers are planning to build a 100 guestroom, $17 million Hampton Inn Hotel in Courthouse, New Jersey. The hotel would be located off the Garden State Parkway access road at Exit 10 at 414 Garden State Parkway in Cape May Court House. Cape May Hospitality LLC is proposing the project. Dever Architects is the designer. The project is waiting final approval.
