Developers are planning to build a mixed-use development that would include a hotel in Gahanna, Ohio in its Creekside District. Proposed by Connect Real Estate and Benson Capital the $105 million development would be located on Mill and North High Streets between 153-169 Mill St. Included in the project is an apartment complex with 263 units, a pool and gym, 70 guestroom hotel, restaurants, coworking space and a parking garage that will be built on both sides of Mill Street and 24 townhomes located a block east on North High Street.
