Developer Raycliff Capital is planning to build a mixed use hotel and condo project in the Miami, Florida Design District. The property located at: 3995 N Miami Ave currently includes an 88,000 sf office and retail building the would be demolished to make way for two 25 and 12 story towers with a total of 611,839 square feet, with 143 condos, 85 hotel rooms, 20 hotel/condo units, 55,089 square feet of commercial space, and 171 parking spaces. The design team includes: David Chipperfield Architects and Cube 3 Architects. The developer is currently seeking planning approvals for the project.
