Developers are planning to develop a 16 story boutique hotel in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. Gianco Cos is proposing to build the 74 guestroom hotel located at 300 Central Ave that would include 4,000 sf of commercial space and restaurant. There would be eight rooms per floor on levels three through seven; four rooms per floor on levels eight through 15, and two on the top floor. Outdoor amenities include a ground-level covered area, an exterior deck on level eight and a roof deck. The CEO of Gianco Cos. is Steve Gianfilippo.
