Developer Concord Hospitality is planning to build a $77 million convention center hotel in downtown, Dayton, Ohio. The 11-story, 137,000-square-foot project will have 197 guest rooms, a flexible event space, a street-level restaurant and a public green area with high quality finishes and street level activations to enhance the ability of the Dayton Convention Center to capture large group events and enhance the convention center area. CHECO Purchase Company LLC whose VP is Julie Richter is the developing entity. Meyers + Associates is the project Architect.
