Developer Azure Hotel International Inc. is planning to build a 300 guestroom $183.8 million convention hotel that would open in the second quarter of 2029 located at 201 E Dakin Ave in downtown Kissimmee, Florida. Amenities at the 10-story, hotel will include: A rooftop and a poolside bar, Private balconies, Lagoon-style vanishing-edge pools, Full-service restaurants, A gym, spa and salon. Adjacent to the hotel will be a new 45,000-square-foot convention center with a similar architectural and aesthetic design to the hotel. Project partners include: Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Turner Construction, Evolt Capital, KAMM Consulting, KPM Franklin, & ONM&J.
