Developer Related California is planning to build a new mixed use tower in downtown San Francisco, California. The 41-story building would include 340,000 square feet of office space and a 200 guest room five-star hotel would rise in the Financial District, across from the Transamerica Pyramid and near the edge of Jackson Square. At 550 feet tall, the project is being designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. It would replace the San Francisco Fire Department Station No. 13 at 530 Sansome St. and include a new fire station. Related plans to break ground in early 2027 and finish the project in 2030.
