Proposed by Buttermilk Pike Development the mixed use project will be built out along a 25-acre parcel of land along Buttermilk Pike, Grace Court and Royal Drive. St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Greenbriar Development, and Brandicorp LLC are working together on the project. Architecture firm Perkins Eastman is handling the building design in the development. Strauss Troy attorney Marty Butler, is advising the developers. The construction process is broken up into three phases and will take place on five different lots, each of which will be designated for a different use. Work is expected to begin at the end of 2023.
