Hotel developer 8MAIN LLC is planning to build a Dream Hotel in downtown Louisville Kentucky. The $100 million project would be located at 811-823 West Main St next to the Frazier Museum and across from the Louisville Slugger Museum. There will be a tax incentive for the developer which would kick a majority of property tax revenue back to the developer over a 20 year period. Construction will begin in the 2nd half of 2023.
