A dual branded hotel is being planned to be built off Interstate 35 in Gardner, Kansas. The project being developed by KC Galaxy Management Co and designed by ME 3645 Studio. The dual-branded Staybridge Suites and Holiday Inn Express hotel will be located off I-35, south of 175th Street and north of New Trails Parkway. Construction will start in July 2026 and be finished by the end of 2027.
