Developer Arya Hospitality is planning to build a 146 guestroom SpringHill Suites and TownePlace Suites & TownePlace Suites Marriott hotel in Savannah, Georgia. A $15 million construction loan was provided by Greysteel. The project is located at 187 Magellan Blvd. Construction is underway with a completion date planned for mid 2027. OM Design Solutions is the project Architect. Engineering work is being preformed by Maupin Engineering, Stability Engineering, and TLC Engineering Solutions. Centerpointe Construction is the general contractor.
