Developer Apollo Cos is proposing to build a mixed use project at 2999 N.E. 191st St in Aventura, Florida just south of Aventura mall. The $51 million project would include: 25,204 sf of retail, a parking garage, 248 residential units and a 153 guestroom Marriott branded Element Hotel. Amenities would include a pool deck, a fitness center, a clubroom, coworking space, a spa, and pet facilities. The hotel would also have a pool, fitness center, a rooftop lounge, a lobby bar, and meeting space. Edward Abbo, is the CEO of Apollo Cos.
