A 151 guestroom Element Hotel at UC Davis is planned at 2200 Stockton Blvd in Sacramento California. Part of the former Coca-Cola bottling plant that was built in 1936 would become part of the new hotel and be converted into 30 guestrooms and the hotel’s public areas, meeting rooms, bar, restaurant and fitness center. The new 5 story structure will connect to the west end of the original structure and contain the remaining guestrooms. Developer Dan Lee of Leeland Enterprises is proposing the project. The hotel is being design by Stanton Architecture.
