Developer AdVenture Development LLC led by Kevin Dougherty is planning to build a Hampton Inn & Suites at McCandless Corporate Center on Corporate Drive in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania an office park that neighbors the mixed-use McCandless Crossing, the 1.2-million-square-foot lifestyle center and retail destination along McKnight Road. The new hotel will be managed by Prospera Hospitality with construction to begin in the 4th quarter of 2026.
