Developers are planning to build The Wave Resort in Dana Point, California on the Headlands. The 35,000-square-foot development at the Pacific Coast Highway and Green Lantern will include 60 hi-tech rooms and 40 hostel-like accommodations. The Wave hotel will also feature an underground parking structure, full service restaurant and bar, fitness room and outdoor pool. Berk Properties is the project developer. Genova Construction is the general contractor.
