Developer Venture Oaks Real Estate Group led by CEO Eva Hill is planning a mixed use Canopy by Hilton Hotel project, at 831 L St. in downtown Sacramento, California. The 14-story hotel and apartment project called Capitol Hotel and Apartments would have 265 hotel rooms under the Canopy by Hilton brand as well as 55 apartments. A rooftop lounge, outdoor terrace and ground-floor bar/restaurant are also part of the approved project. The estimated the project cost is $90 million. WATG is the project architect.
