Wealth Hospitality Group has announced plans to develop two Hilton-branded hotels along Helen Hauser Boulevard in Titusville, Florida. The upcoming properties, Tru by Hilton and Home2 Suites, will be situated near the Cheney Highway interchange with Interstate 95. The Tru by Hilton hotel, which has received approval, will feature a five-story structure encompassing 106 guest rooms within a 12,423-square-foot building on 1.84 acres. Amenities will include a laundry center and fitness room, with an anticipated opening in spring 2027. The Home2 Suites hotel is currently undergoing site plan review and is slated to comprise an 18,536-square-foot building with 120 guest rooms. Additional features will include meeting space, breakfast area, lobby market, outdoor pool, fitness area, and guest laundry facilities. The Home2 Suites is scheduled for a summer 2027 opening.
