Construction is set to begin on the Ballad Hotel, Hilton Tapestry Collection, in downtown Clearwater, Florida at 50 N Osceola Ave. Proposed by the Denunzio Group the 10-story, 230,000-square-foot hotel will have 158 guest rooms as part of the mixed-use Bluffs development. The residential includes a 28-story tower, with 400 units at 150 S. Osceola Ave. The hotel will include 21,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, a 4,000-square-foot rooftop bar and a 1,000-person conference center. The hotel and restaurant will open in mid-2027. The design is led by Behar Peteranecz Architecture | Interiors, with structural engineering by Thornton Tomasetti. The general contractor is Kast Construction.
