The hotel is will be 79,618 square feet, with five stories and 103 guest room, and be located at the northeast corner of 3101 Garrity Way and Blume Drive. Amenities will include an outdoor seating area, fitness room, conference room and bicycle storage lockers. The rooms will also have kitchenettes. The project team includes: Design Cell Architecture, BKF Engineers, Hillview Construction LLC and L.A. Group Design Works.
