Real Estate Company Titan Development led by Josh Rogers is proposing to build a boutique hotel in the Nob Hill neighborhood of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The 112 guestroom $34 million Hiway Hotel project would be branded as a Tribute by Marriott and also include a roof top bar and restaurant at the site of the former Hiway Motel. The project’s Architect and designer is Premier and is planned to open in 2028.
