Developers are planning to build a Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel at the Coconut Point Outdoor mall in Estero Village, Florida. The proposed hotel would sit on a 2.37-acre spot in what is now the back parking lot for Coconut Point. It would be a four-story hotel with 111 guest rooms, a fitness center and pool. Access to the hotel would be at Via Monte Carlo Way. The project team includes: Peachtree Group as the project developer. Christopher Allred with Studio + as the project designers. Jeremy Pettit with Ingenium Enterprises as the civil engineer.
