Alakai Development is building a dual branded Hyatt Place & Hyatt House Ho’opili hotel with 240 guest rooms in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. The hotel which is currently under construction will be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2026. Lowney Architecture is designing the project. Moss Construction is the general contractor. Jon Wallenstrom, is principal at Alakai Development, which is also planning to build additional hotels in the area.
