Developer Copperline Partners is proposing to build the $136 million Magnolia Hotel and Residences, which will include 122 hotel guest rooms, 21 condos and eight townhouses at Hyde Park in Tampa, Florida. The proposed mixed-use building would also include: a restaurant and a spa at 601 W Swann Ave. Copperline Partners is seeking a rezoning approval from Tampa City Council.
