Construction has gone vertical on the $10 billion One Beverly Hills Mixed use development in Beverly Hills, California. The project being developed by Cain International will include: commercial spaces, two Aman-branded residential towers, a 78 guest room hotel and global Aman Club, 45 retail and restaurant concepts, a 200,000-square-foot retail area, 10 acres of botanical gardens & open space and additionally next door, the Beverly Hilton hotel will undergo a full redesign, connecting to the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. The project team includes: Turner Construction, Foster + Partners, Suffolk Construction, Layton Construction, PCL, Kerry Hill Architects, and Rios. Jonathan Goldstein, is CEO and Larry Green, head of development for Cain.
