Developers, Prosper Group and Forte Development are planning an 80-story mixed-use tower in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida. Designed by ODP Architects the 945-foot building would be located at: 1040 South Miami Avenue. The tower would include 250 condominium units, 48 condo-hotel residences, 100 hotel guest rooms, 322 parking spaces and 1,900 square feet of restaurant space. The development also will include wellness-focused amenities such as IV therapy, cold plunge pools, red light therapy, and infrared saunas.
