Develper Zicav Group LLC, is planning to build a new 300 guestroom hotel near Millenia Mall at 5600 Major Blvd, in Orlando, Florida. Which would also include retail and restaurant space on the 1.7-acre property. A second phase for the project would include the building of a second tower. Nestor Diaz of DM Architects, is designing the project.
