Developers are planning to build a hotel at the Allston development which is part of the new Harvard Enterprise Research Campus on Western Avenue in Boston, Massichusettes. The Atlas Hotel will include 246 guestrooms, including 12 suites, along with 4,800 square feet of meeting and event space and two restaurants by Pearl & Law Hospitality. The project is a partnership between Harvard and the developer Tishman Speyer. Marlon Blackwell Architects is designing the project which will open in the 2nd quarter of 2026.
