Developer Crescent Hotel Group is planning to build a new hotel at 4200 W Century Blvd in Los Angeles, California that would replace the existing Tradewinds Hotel. Plans call for the construction of a new 13 story 335,000 sf building that would consist of 11 condominiums, 118 extended stay hotel rooms, 175 guestrooms, event space, lobby, bar and restaurant. The proposed project, would rise up to 150 feet, take 26 months to complete and is being designed by CallisonRTKL.
