Developers are planning to build a new hotel at the Fenton development in Cary, North Carolina. The entertainment destination off Cary Towne Boulevard will add a 7-story hotel to its mix of retail, restaurants, apartments and offices. The hotel proposed by Mainsail Lodging & Development would include 186 guestrooms, at a cost of $70 million. The hotels flag has not been announced. Joe Collier, Mainsail’s president.
