Developer Greens is proposing to redevelop a shopping center at 11469 Jefferson Boulevard in Culver City, California as a hotel. The project would include 147, guestrooms, a restaurant, a coffee shop, a fitness center, and parking for 106 vehicles. Architect Robert F. Tuttle is designing the hotel which would be a contemporary low-rise structure with a central courtyard. Once construction begins the hotel would take approximately one-and-a-half years to complete
