A new hotel is planned to be built at 1407 Division Street, Nashville, Tennessee at Music Row. The project is being planned by Rajesh Aggarwal of RNA LLC who owns the adjacent Best Western Hotel. The proposed 12 story hotel would be a 191,150-square-foot building with 222 hotel guest rooms on a portion of the 0.61-acre site which currently holds a surface parking lot for the Best Western hotel. Final site approval for the project will go before the Metro Planning Department for approval on April 24,, 2025.
