Developer Southern Ventures is planning to build a mixed use development that will include a 130 guestrooms hotel in Woodstock, Georgia. The six-story project would be located by the Northside Hospital & Cherokee Amphitheater. The developer has completed early designs for the project and is in discussions to select a brand for the property. The development would also include a spa, food and beverage venues, ground-level retail outlets and 5,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Valor Hospitality Partners would manage the hotel.
